I’ve never been a songwriter—until now. I love writing, and have been writing fiction for what really amounts to my entire life. And I love music. I’m not a connoisseur, by any means, but I listen to music almost every day and have since I was a child. I also write to music.
And now I have a subscription to Suno.com and I’m writing my own songs. :D I had no idea I’d love it, but it’s a great hobby at the moment, and I’m truly enjoying it.
I’m still salty about AI training on copyrighted material, but at least one court has said it’s fair use, so I’m coming to terms with that and finding ways to make AI useful for me. What can it add to my life that makes it better? Music is one of those ways. :D
